#1: Continuous check printing:The page setup and fonts
appear to only work correctly from one machine. That being
said, that machine will lose the page setup if updates are
installed....

This is probably the "Name AutoCorrect Bug". Update your
version of Office to service pack 3. Or, turn off all the
name autocorrect options in the Tools/Options dialog.
