Hi Iain,
Try the following:
- Add a new printer via the Control Panel
- For the manufacturer choose "Generic Text Only"
- Make it the default printer, no need to print a test page
- Then test the Report Wizard inside Microsoft Access
Should it work then it's a problem with your printer driver.
- Try deleting your printer and re-add it (possible corrupted printer
driver)
OR
- Get an updated printer driver from your printer's manufacturer web site
(possible need updated printer driver)
OR
- Get a compatiable printer driver from your printer's manufacturer web
site (possible printer driver is not compatiable with Microsoft Access 2000)
