Is there a simple way to update information when there is
a subdata sheet link. I have created an inventory
database and the user no long works for the company
however the computer equipment must be reassigned to
another user. Is there a way to delete the user
information in one table and reassign the system data from
another table?

I would use an update query to update existing records to the new user. If
you have no need to track historical information, then you can delete the
old user.
