Access 2002 and Access 2003

I need to develop a database application for a client that uses 2002 and I
have 2003. It is a simple application that will have a user front-end and
data file back-end. What kinds of issues are there for the client with
running a previous version of Access? If I design the app in 2003, will the
client have any problems in 2002?

Actually, by default both Access 2003 and Access 2002 use the Access 2000
file format, so you shouldn't have any problems.
