Access 2002 and Windows 2000 task sheduler

When running Access macros via the task shceduler daily
updates close with an error stating that a report can be
sent to microsoft (NTDLL.DLL) module.
I also get an error at instruction 0x77f92373 memory could
not be written.

The database macro run fine when run outside of the task
scheduler.

Anyone have any ideas?
