Access 2002 and Windows XP

I have 4 users who share a system running Windows XP. They all access a database on a network share from this system. The database is very simple, used to track incoming packages, it has one table and one form. They have a shortcut to the form on each of their desktops. Here's the problem, when anyone enters data using the shortcut to the form they only see there data, no one else's. This method worked fine when they were using a Windows 98 system. How do we correct this?
