Access 2002 application with Microsoft Internet Transfer Control crashes

Hallo Ng,

I did create an Access 2002 - application on a MSO XP-Developer System, that
contains the Microsoft Internet Transfer Control 6.0 (MSINET.ocx). On that
PC all runs without problems.

I did create a package with the packageassistent (I don't know the exact
expression in English, its only a translation from the German
"Verpackungsassistenten"), that contains the Access Runtime and the Database
(mdb-file). The assistant chose also the MSINET.ocx- file for the
installation-setup.

After installation on the target machine, (there is no office installed on)
an error occurs when starting the Access-2002 application with the MSINET
inside: "The execution of that application was stopped because a runtime
error occurred. The application can no longer be executed and will be
terminated"

Now my question is, how the installation has to go, that all can work as it
should. Has the ActiveX control registered manually or isn't that be done by
the Setup which was created with the package assistant. Or what else can
cause the problem?.

I really need support - every hint may be helpful! Thank.

Tom
