Access 2002 Crashing

I have been changingh and existing report and when I
click on the preview icon... wham. Access has packed up
and gone and I am looking at my wallpaper and icons!
Access is not running and my changes have not been saved.

Any ideas? Is it being asked to do too much? Known fault?
Virus sitting somewhere?
