Access 2002 forms

Have a subform in a main form. Want to use function keys
in the subform to go to first record, last record,
previous, next and AddNew. Access takes control of
certain Function Keys like F1. And tab takes you to next
field in the form. Seems like setting the Keypreview,
keycode to 0 and keyascii to 0 doesnt work, or I'm doing
something wrong. Any Sugesstions would be appreciated
