Hi All - Access 2002 XP, Windows ME
I am having a problem that is both confusing and rather irritating. I am
trying to do some research on a db project, and I have gone to the Office on
the Web help to try and find some answers I'm unable to find in the program
Help Files. When I enter my question and submit to go to the web, I am taken
directly into the 2003 help files. Not the 2002. I have tried this several
times, and still get the same results. I have tried to go to the 2002
assistance, but it keeps throwing me back to the 2003. I just can't access
any 2002 help files using the Access program Office on the Web feature. This
has only happened recently. I had been able to get to the 2002 help files
this way, but, not any more. Also, the window it takes me to only has 2003
in the product select pulldown as a program to select. ???
Has anyone else had this problem? It's just very strange.
Any information, if any, on this would be much appreciated.
