Access 2002 Jet database file locked

I have a database (access2002) that I finished working on
and saved... Now I cannot open it :( It comes up with
the following error Message... ''The Microsoft Jet
database engine stopped the process because you and
another user are attempting to change the same data at
the same time. (Error 3197)'' Can SOMEONE tell me how
to get into this database again ??? PLEASE !!! :(
