Access 2002 margins out of range

Converted a database for a customer from Access 97 to 2k
and everything works well. I then copied the database
onto the customers server. However, when i open or print
reports from the customers computer some data is not
displayed or printed and it looks like the report is been
zoomed out 300%. My customer has the same OS and Access
version as mine(Windows XP and Access 2002). When i
access the DB form the customers server from my computer
the reports display fine.I've tried playing around with
the margins but with no luck.

Go into page setup, on the Page tab, check if it is set to 'default printer'
or 'specific printer'. I believe you want default printer.

Also try changing to a different print to see if it helps.
