Access 2002 Permissions problem?

I have a user who has just been upgraded to 2002, when she attempts to
open access it goes through a series of "Installing..." when never
seems to end. When this user is given local admin rights access works
fine. She is the only one having this problem so far, but she is also
the only one using crystal reports and sql that has been upgraded. Is
this an access problem or conflict with one of these programs?

Please help!
