Access 2002 Run-Time Question

Hello to All,

I have an Access 2002 application that I would like to
compile. I do not see anything that was loaded on my
machine that allows me to compile my application. I am
using XP 2002 Professional. Do I need the Windows XP
Resource Kit? Does it come with XP Professional?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are expecting to compile an EXE, you can't. You CAN compile to an
MDE, which compiles the source code and makes most parts of the resulting
file uneditable. If you intend to distribute to users that do not or may
not have Access, you need to distribute the Access run-time version, which
comes with Office Developer (or Visual Studio Tools for Microsoft Office
2003).
