Access 2002 vs 2003

Ok...I have a simple Access Application that just hides and disables
the datbase window and toolbars by using the startup selection under
Tools. This is done in Access 2002 and I can bypass it by pressing
Shift and then double click. I give this over to my client that has
2003. The shift does not work and they can't get to the DB window.
Is there a different key other than Shift? If not, how do I correct
this?

Thanks,
Chris

They could press F11 when the database opens if they wish to see the
database window.
