Access 2002 wizards don't work

I'm using Access 2002 (under Win2k) and the wizards stopped working
today. Now when I choose a wizard, it tells me that it is setting up
Access and then it says that the feature is not installed or is
disabled. When I check the Office setup, everyhting is installed. TIA.
