Access 2002 XP and Access 2003

I used Access 2002 XP and currently move to Access 2003 and fund a few things.

The Access 2003 is very slow to save my application. It is OK when runnning
the application, but it takes long time to save the application while I
develop. The applicaiton is located local drive. It should not have any
network issue. The data mdb on the file server, but it works fine when
running the application.

Shortcut menu seems not stable. Access 2002 XP is stable once my Shortcut
function is set then it is very smooth. It seems Access 2003 need relink all
the time to make sure shortcut menu triggle the code.

Does Access 2003 have this kind report?
If not, are there any aread I need look in to?
