Access 2002

When a user is signed into their workstation access swithboard has only
partial functionality. When I am signed into their workstation acess
switchboard has full functionality( I am the network admin), and when other
users are signed into workstation it works fine(they don't have admin
priviledges on workstation) The user has full permission to the database.
User has admin privildges on workstation. I have tried uninstalling and
reinstalling with same results. Workstation is running XP SP2, this had been
working fine until about 10 days ago. No software or hardware has been addded.
