We are trying to figure out a method to reflect a date on
a report of the last time the data was modified. If any

You need to implement an "event procedure" on the form
where the data is modified that updates a "last updated"
date field in the record when any data is modified. Then
you can print the "last updated" field on the report.

I am an independent Access consultant and I am currently
