Hi Juanita,
Check you TaskBar properties and make sure you have "Group similar taskbar
buttons"
Also make sure you have the latest service pack to Office XP

| I have Access 2002 at home on Windows XP. I have 2 issues.

| 1) Every time I open a new form or report it adds another
| icon to the status bar. How do I stop this? I just want
| one icon for the system the way it works at work on my
| Access 97 on Windows 2000.

| 2) There are a couple, it appears automatic, additional
| items on my menu or toolbar. One is some type of help
| field on the toolbar and other I think it is a dropdown
| with the name of the toolbars for the open form. How do I
| keep these from showing?
