How can I subtract time, example I have time in at 05:00
and time out at 05:50 how much time was spend. I am
trying to figure out the formula for this.

Subtract one from the other to get the difference. Your result will be in
fractions of a day so multiply by 24 to get your result in hours. You can
also use the DateDiff() function.
