Hi,

I have enrolled into a Access 2003 course and have downloaded the MS office
upgrade professional to run the new Access 2003 practice files on my computer.
The problem I am having is when a go into Access and open a practice file I
am quoted an error message saying: Workgroup administrator could'nt creat the
workgroup information file. Make sure that you have specified a valid path
and file name that you have adequate permissions to create the file and that
you have enough disk space on the destination drive. (-3100)

Then I click OK and get:

Microsoft Office Access could'nt find the 'C:\Documents and
Settings\name@@@@\ApplicationData\Microsoft\Access\Systems.mdw'
The file is required for Startup

I have uploaded upgrades from the internet when installing

Can anyone help me please
