The default file format for Access 2003 is the 2000 file format. As long as
you don't include any new functionality that was introduced in Access 2002
or Access 2003 and don't want to make an Access 2000 mde file you should be
in good shape. Also, make sure that the Access 2000 installation has its
patches up to date, especially Office 2000 SP3, Jet 4 SP8, and the Operating
System's service packs.
