Access 2003 and 2007 simultanious

I had to reinstall everything on my computer. I installed Access 2003 as well
as Access 2007. All my programs are written in 2003 and my clients all still
use 2003. I wanted to use 2007 to use with some personal program and to test
it out.
What happened it that even though I open my programs with access 2003, the
libraries have changed to Office 12 and it is not letting me change it to
office 11.
How can that be?
How can I run both programs side by side.

All reports indicate that A07 stuffs up any previous version. The only
workaround that will work reliably is to install either A07 OR A03 under
Virtual PC.

Actually I haven't had any such problems. But maybe it's because I
also have A97, A2000 and A2002 installed on my system.

Actually, before I reinstalled everything on my laptop, I had added Office
2007 to the existing install of Office 2003 and at that time I was able to
open my databases in access 2003 and it worked.
I became more selective on the re-install because of the delays configuring
the programs at each opening. Perhaps the key is to install the entire office
versions, not just selected programs.
