Access 2003: Bind Form To ADO Recordset?

In MS Access 2003, can a form be bound directly to an ADO recordset?

I'm currently opening up a DAO recordset, iterating through it,
copying to a work table, and then binding the form to the work table.

If the back end is moved to SQL Server, is there any hope of binding
that form directly to an ADO recordset that is calling a stored
procedure?

Access 2003..... NOT 2007.
