Access 2003 Conversion Toolki

I just downloaded the toolkit and installed it. When opening it the message
comes up that it is read only. When you try and analyze a database it tells
you it cannot write to the database. What is going on? How can I get the
Conversion Toolkit to work?

Open the Windows Explorer (My Computer) to the folder that contains the
conversion kit mdb. Right-click and choose Properties. Make sure the
Read-only box is not checked.

You may also see an Unblock button, with the explanation:
This file came from another
computer and might be blocked to
help protect this computer
If so, click the Unblock button.

If that does not solve the problem, are you logged into Windows as a local
computer administrator?
