Hi,
Whenever you encounter problems with Reports in Microsoft Access the first
thing you want to check is the Printer driver.
Create a new printer on the computer and choose Generic Text/Only for the
printer Manufacturer and make it the default printer. Then test your
Report (guessing it's using the default printer). Should it work in print
preview then you are looking at a printer driver problem.
If that is the case then delete the problem printer and install a new one.
Should the problem continue see if you can get from the printer
manufacturer an updated printer driver.
If it's not the printer driver then you will want to look at the underlying
RecordSource of the Report (e.g., the Query).
