Access 2003 - Create button to query 1 field in 1 table.

I know just enough about acess to get in trouble. So here's my question.

-I would like to create a form that has a labeled text field that defaults
blank.
-I would then like to enter data to be queried in that text field.
-Next I want to create a button that then querries the entered data against
the data in a specified column of one table.
When/if it finds a match, I would like ONLY the entire requested record to
generate in a table/worksheet view.
