Access 2003 date-based prompt

I am building a database in Access 2003 for equipment inspection. How do I
set up a prompt or notification that an action must happen on a certain date?
Example, I need to receive each Wednesday a prompt telling me the equipment
scheduled the following week?
My equipment is listed in a table with an attached frequency such as
monthly, bi-monthly, 6 months, etc.

Hi,

If this is just as simple as needing to know only when equipment needs
inspection with no need for reporting or anything else, you may want to try a
very simple method of just using Microsoft Outlook. I do inventory for about
200-300 suppliers and they are all scheduled for specific days on a monthly
or every 2 or 3 or 4 months. It could be that simple. Hope this helps.
