Access 2003 E-Fail Error Running DAP's created in Access 2002

We are getting E_Fail errors on Data Access Pages that were created in Access
2002(2000 Format). This only seems to occur on machines that have
Office/Access 2003. All other enviroments work fine. Has anyone else run
into this.
