Access 2003 evalutaion version

Are there any features in Access 2003 evalutaion edition that arenon-funtional or greyed out but would be available in the purchased copy that comes with office 2003? The reason I am asking is that I need to start designing an Access project with SQl Server 2000 ASAP but will have to wait for 2 months to be able to purchase Office 2003. Could I start developing in Access 2003 evalutaion version without compromising any or the power of a purchased copy
