Access 2003 Install Problem

Just lately, every time that I open Access... I get an dialog that states
'Windows Installler' which wants to configure MS Office... I have not had
this before... I have uninstalled and reinstalled... without luck... also
when I go to import... I do not get the choices of importing .xls, .csv
files etc...

can anyone let me know what has happen...

Have you installed any other version of the Office programs besides 2003,
that is the only time I see that message. As for ot seeing .xls, .csv that
I have seen happen only in Access 2007 because the file format is different.
