Access 2003 Installation

dear sir,
v have 2K sp3 with follwing programs.
IE 6.0, Offfice 2K, MDAC 2.7, VB6, VB.NET 2002, IIS 5.0.
Now v want to upgrade Office 2000 to 2003.
which steps v have to keep in mind before installation ???
