Access 2003 medical records reports

I have a medical records database that i am sorting by Physician and dates.
The report contains they Physician name and patient name down the left side
and the 25 procedures across the top. The problem is i can't squeeze it all
into one page and Access pushes the last 5 or 6 fields off to a second page.
I need the Physician name and patient name to also populate on the second
page as well.
I don't need to repeat headers on need to repeat info running in a column
top to bottom.
Any thoughts?

You can duplicate the Physician and Patient name controls between the 19th
and 20th procedure text boxes.
