Access 2003 - Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 or later must be installed...

I installed Office 2003 yesterday, and when I attempt to open my
Access 2000 database from Access 2003, it gives me this message:

"Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 or later must be installed to block
unsafe expressions without affecting common functionality."

The instructions say to use Windows Update to get Jet Service Pack 8.
No luck, no Jet service packs show up.

Possibly the problem is that I kept Office 2000 installed, and used a
different directory for Office 2003, so maybe that confuses Windows
Update. I dunno, just guessing. Any insight on this?

Anyway, I searched all over the Microsoft site and can't locate a
download, or any mention of, Jet Service Pack 8. How do I get it?
