Hi anybody,
I try to implement access control on my Access 2003 application running with
the MS SQL as the database engine. I want to make sure that the user's access
to the application is according to their specified roles . Have stepped
through the security features in Access. (User & Group Accounts etc.). Have
also implemented a role (Standard Role) and linked users against this role on
the SQL Server. In the Data Link Properties, I have specified Windows NT
Integrated Security.
When I start the application and log in as a user with limited access, no
login screen appears and no limitations are applied to the data retrieval and
handling.
Any idea what I should do?
