Access 2003 not displaying images

Davo.

I am constructing a small facebook (8 people per page with basic info +
photo). I have read that if the data table in Access 2003 displays "Package"
rather than the image, then I needed to reinstall Photo Editor - now done.
The Report shows a small image with the filename underneath.

Any ideas about how to rectify this? Is it a Access issue? or an image issue?

How do I then upsize the image on the report?
