Access 2003 'out of memory' error

Hi, I have just upgraded to msaccess 2003, my database has been running fine
up until this point. I now can only run some of the procedures, it will not
allow me to compile nor even add certain procedures claiming the 'out of
memory' error.

very annoying and I cannot solve this alone, can anyone help please?
