access 2003 OutputTo function and datasheets

Hi
using OutputTo to export to XML,RTF etc.
Complex form with headers and footers.
All gets exported including headers and footers.
Any way to just export the data?
A) Datasheet view seems to be answer but 1) don't want to show this to the
users 2) cannot find a way of changing to this view from VBA.
B) Alternatively can a query be created at runtime? If so i can set the
query's sql to the form's sql and pass the query to the OutputTo function.
C) Can a datasheet form's columns be created at runtime. If so i could use a
dummy form, extract the fields from the SQL and create columns and then pass
the dummy form to the OutputTo function.

Any help will be very appreciated, thanks in anticipation,
