access 2003-permission for 2 groups same, 1 can't run report

I have 2 groups set up in Access 2003. X's permissions are equal to or
greater than Y's for all tables, forms, queries and reports (I confirmed this
using the allpermissions property in VBA - X's permissions are higher or the
same for every table, form, subform, query and report ). However, Y can run
some reports that X can't.

I'm pretty new to Access, and know I must be missing something somewhere.

Please help!!! Thanks!

Show us the code you used that was checking the AllPermissions
property.

What do you mean, the other users "can't run" the report? Do they get
an error? If so, what is the error message (exactly)?
