Access 2003 Professional Does Not Run After Upgrade to XP Professi

When I attempt to run Access 2003 after upgrading from Windows 2000 to
Windows XP the application will not start. When I attempt to run the Office
2003 Professional install program I get the following error "The installation
source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and
that you can access it". What can be done to get Access 2003 running again?
