Access 2003 question

I am developing an access 2003 db which uses my contacts
list in Outlook 2003. When I link to this table there are
fields which are not listed which I need to have access
to (e.g. Spouse, Anniversary, etc.). Some of the fields
are user defined. How can I get access to these other
fields. I linked to the OUtlook database through the link
wizard and everything looked normal.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
