Access 2003: Running Sum? not on my Properties list?

Despite hunting high and low this function is not listed on my Properties
Listing. Is it an add-on?

Select a text box in design view and display the properties. The "Data"
properties of a text box include: Control Source, Input Mask, and Running
Sum.

The Running Sum property is located on the Data tab of controls on a
REPORT (not a Form).
