Access 2003 Send To problem

I have a user that is having problems with her Access 2003 Send To option.
She is curently using Windows XP SP2 with Groupwise5.5 being the main email
client. The crazy part is that it works when she has Office 2000(Access 2000)
installed, but as soon as we switched it over to office 2003. Plus it works
on a computer that is running Windows 2000. It just simply will not recognize
it, nor will it let me look in the Options to try and select an email client.
I have tried to uninstall and re-install several times. If someone knows of a
fix or has encountered this before, tell me.
