With office 2003 sp3 on my computer, i can't create a database from a source
safe project
i try to compact, decompile, saveastext / loadfromtext and the bug is still
here.
I try to saveastext in sp2, copy the file on a computer with sp3, create a
new database and loadfromtext: it doesn't open
after copy the database in sp2 on a computer with sp3, i import the form and
it's works. But if i try this database on sp2, it doesn't work.
I open the sp2 database on sp3 computer, i use saveastext on sp3 and i
discover the file is identical as the sp2 with the same command except the
checksum in the beginning of the file.
I tried to modify the checksum in the file and i discover that, if the
checksum is bad, access can't open the form.
Conclusion: I'm thinking that there is big bug in the function saveastext
and loadfromtext on access 2003 sp3. As source safe use these functions,
source safe doesn't work anymore for some forms!
Any idea or suggestion?
