Access 2003: Tools > Office Links > Pulish It with MS Office Word

When I choose this option the link attempts to open up
Scansoft OmniForm 5.0 on my computer resulting in an
error message generated from that program. It seems that
this linking process is damaged. How can this be
repaired?
