Access 2003 Upgrade Breaks Report

I have a user who created their own Access database to report on some outside
data and has a problem since upgrading to Access 2003 from 2000.

All her reports work fine except for one. When she attempts to print or open
the report on her system, nothing happens. I tried on my system and was able
to open it and print but if I try to get to Page Setup, Access shuts down
with no error or crash indication. The only difference between the problem
report and the others is that it was created for Legal size paper rather than
letter.

Has anyone else seen behavior like this or have any idea how to fix it?

Try changing your default printer. This happened to me and another posting
had this solution which worked in my case.

Default printer change didn't help. Seems to be user specific also. Still
stumped although she has found a way to work around it for now.
