Access 2003 upgrade install from XP Small Office

The Microsoft website specifically indicates that the Access 2003 upgrade is
eligible from the XP Small Office Suite. However, I get error 1608
indicating set up could not locate version of XP on the drive. I've tried
the hard drive (c and the small office cd (d. Does anyone know of a work
around for this problem? I would greatly appreciate help.

to check if this solves the issue

If you have already gone through this article or if it does not solve the
issue you could call Microsoft and they would be able to help you out with
the installation.
