Access 2003 - Visual C++ Runtime Error

I recently purchased a new PC with Access 2003 pre-
installed.

Now when designing a database, I FREQUENTLY get a "Visual
C++ Runtime Error" when creating a new form, creating a
module or modifying an existing module or form.....

I have extensive experience with the other versions of
Access (Version 2, 97, 2000 & 2002). However doing just
simple form or module modifications especially when using
the VB code on the form, I get the "Runtime Error"....

Any help? Please....
