Access 2003 warning message

have you got some solution to this problem now?Please see below

I want this warning message "The file may not be safe if it contains code
that was intended to harm your computer" is not displayed when the user run
the application. How to do it using programming ?

i think i put the wrong question.Actually i wanter to suppress this message
...when i try to open hyperlink from access form it apprears and annoys user ..
